Poker Call
Delete your account
Deleting your Poker Call account is permanent and immediate. It erases your wallet and chips, hand history, stats, The Vault Run, friends links, profile and any avatar photo. It cannot be undone, and chips cannot be refunded or transferred first.
The quick way: in the app
- Open Poker Call and tap Settings (the gear in the top right of the lobby).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are erased straight away.
If the app is showing Our terms have changed and you do not agree, tap I don't agree: delete my account on that screen and confirm: you do not have to accept the new terms first.
Any device still signed in stops working immediately.
Paying for The Club? Your Club membership is billed by Apple or Google and keeps renewing until you cancel it. Deleting your account does not cancel it, so cancel it first: on iPhone in your App Store subscriptions, on Android in your Google Play subscriptions. The app reminds you, with a Manage subscription button, before it deletes.
Without the app: request deletion here
If you no longer have the app installed, we will delete the account for you. We need your player ID so we can find it: it is shown in the app under Settings → Your player ID, and on any invite or friend code you shared. If you cannot find it, tell us whether you signed in with Apple, with Google or as a guest, and roughly when you last played, and we will find the account with you before deleting it.
The button opens an email to hello@pokercall.live with your ID filled in. We verify the request belongs to you and delete the account within 30 days, usually the same working day, and confirm by reply. You do not need to say why.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted: wallet and chip balance, hand history and stats, The Vault Run and season progress, friends and referral links, profile, avatar photo, block list, Sit & Go entries and any outstanding Flop Slip escrow.
Kept: your deleted player ID goes on a permanent deny list that holds the ID and the date only: it is what makes the deletion stick. Reports you filed about other players are kept as moderation evidence without your name. If a break, spend cap, refund hold or ban was running on your account, your phone keeps that one control (against a scrambled app ID, not your name) so a new account on it cannot skip it. This phone, and any Apple or Google sign-in the account used, also keeps a note for 90 days that its welcome chips were paid and what the wallet held, so an account made again on it starts with that wallet (never more than the 600,000 welcome), no second first-purchase bonus, no second invite reward, and the same rescue clock and the same day’s free claims the deleted account had; the note is a number and a date, nothing that names you, and is for fraud prevention. If you bought chips, the purchase record stays with the app store, and in our accounts for 24 months; after that only a one-way fingerprint of the transaction id is kept, so the same receipt can never be redeemed twice. Our encrypted nightly backups from before the deletion keep a copy until they roll off, within 91 days; a deleted account is never restored from them. Full detail is in the privacy notice, section 7.
