How it plays

Chips lie face down. Three of four are safe, a true 75%, and every rung you clear pays a bigger multiple of your stake. Bank after any safe pick.

Rungs 4 and 8 are vaults, the biggest jumps on the ladder: rung 4 is a true 60%, rung 8 a straight coin flip worth 12.3×. A cracked chip never leaves you with nothing: it hands a fifth of your stake back.

A free flip lands every four hours and never touches your wallet, paying 60% of the ladder. One safe chip a round always carries a prize on its back, on top of the climb.

Questions

Is Flip or Fold really a 75% chance each pick?

Yes, published and true: three of every four chips are safe on a normal pick, with the odds narrowing only on the two vault rungs.

What happens when I hit a cracked chip?

The run ends, but you are never left with nothing: a cracked chip hands a fifth of your stake back.

Is one rung a better place to stop than another?

Not on its own: banking at any one rung carries close to the same house edge, between 8.9% and 9.1%. What moves it is the Vault Key, shown the moment you find one; playing it well brings the edge down to 5.87%, the figure we publish as the headline.
